The M+B QS was considered to be a critical part of the ‘home team’ in a £500k project that came in just under budget. This was in no small way due to the eagle-eyed way Mr. George Brough, from Morham + Brotchie, held people to account – including the home team – in seeking ‘new’ ideas. Accurate and realistic forecasts were provided throughout the project, with small changes always being noted, questioned and accurately costed. This was a hugely professional performance from a class act QS.
